Pros

The 401k program, which I just found out is legally mandatory in our state after the company employs so many people, so it is a standard pro.....

Cons

It was exhausting to have to constantly monitor hours, sick pay, etc because they shorted multiple people multiple times or their payroll system was constantly down. Worked there almost five years and never got a raise, despite picking up more responsibility to HELP THEM and only asking for a cost of living adjustment!!! YET, they keep promoting family members to positions they are unqualified for and the high turnover reflects that. They preach that they care for employees and their families, but hold the possibility of a small raise over your head for MONTHS before just denying it straight out. I quit earlier this year and it was the best decision I ever made. No more stress trying to fit into the family's cliques at work and no more fighting tooth and nail for basic employment rights!

Dear Reviewer: Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience as a current contract employee of Knowledge Services. We appreciate the hard work and dedication you have shown in your placement as an Eligibility Associate over the years. Our team works hard to ensure that our contract Talent is properly trained, supported, and setup for success in their role. We recognize your frustrations and have made the appropriate teams aware of your concerns. Unfortunately, for Talent contracted through Knowledge Services on behalf of a client, we have limited control over pay and insurance benefits. However, our team is always working to make sure our contracted Talent feels appreciated and compensated. As you know, we have made a lot of improvements over the last five years! If you reach out to your designated Employee Relations Coordinator, they would be more than willing to walk through the conditions of your placement from when you accepted the placement to where you are now in your role. Again, we appreciate the time and effort you have put into your position and hope to hear from you soon!
