Pros

I've been really pleased how empowered I've been to do my job and the support I receive for new ideas. It's been a great work environment - keeping a small company feel where people care about you as a person despite the continuous growth.

Cons

When I was thinking of applying, I came to Glassdoor to verify reviews and was cautious when seeing the low overall scores. But now that I've joined, I see the overall positive culture at our corporate headquarters. The negative reviews online are related to subcontractors that report to other client managers and don't at all reflect the reality of working at Knowledge Services. I can't think of any cons worth listing!

Worst Job Ever

Pros

It's just a job and that's it.

Cons

The pay is horrible. $12.30 an hour who can take care of their family making this type of money. No benefits. Not much PTO. I would not recommend for anyone to work for this company
