      Amazing, down-to-earth people!

      Pros

      The people were so great, especially those in the corporate office, but from the owners of the company downhill, they were professionals who knew how to have fun and get work done. They looked out for their employees and kept open communication, which is typically unheard of.

      Cons

      The reason I left was not really for more money, it was due to an employee that no longer works at the company. I do regret leaving them because they have open minds, in general, even though they operate in other typical business-like ways.

      Pros

      My most current manager was great to work with. She knew how the politics worked there and helped me stay on board and in the loop.

      Cons

      My previous manager was a helicopter manager. He hovered and never let me do my job. Senior management is unethical and they are just awful people. They hire people in positions because they know they'll be able to get away with more (relatives, friends, people who aren't even close to being qualified). The accounting department should be investigated for a LOT of questionable activity. I haven't been there in a while so I'm SURE things have gotten worse and more questionable. I get that companies have to watch the bottom line, but they take it to a whole new level.
