Pros

Knowledge Services is a great company to work for! The culture and the people are a big part of what makes it great. Everyone that works here is a truly valued employee and it shows by the many thoughtful things that the company does for everyone. Celebrating milestones in a persons life and providing opportunities for everyone to participate in, inside and outside of work are just a few. There are several people that have grown within the company and aren't related to anyone, it's not all about being related to get promotions. I think the fact that it is a family-oriented company is another big reason of what makes the company great.

Cons

Nothing to report here.

Worst Place I've Ever Worked

Pros

First impression was ok, CEO seemed to care. But new job jitters always helps one turn a blind eye to the cons.

Cons

CFO seemed very condescending, I often felt sorry for those in his department. They all seem nervous, and scared working for a man like him. Heard stories of embezzlement. That the person who did the research, and helped find the prior employee who stole money, was never thanked, but fired. Are they hiding something? Nepotism, I read through the other reviews, and I'm not the only one that sees this is a HUGE problem with the company, unless you're family. Family is offered promotions and annual raises, while the rest of the employees don't receive annual raises, or any type of bonus. They have another company called Dot Staff, that is pretty much the same office, and environment. No raises, no chance of career advancement

Pros

Very pleasant to work with and communicate well, just don't loose your assignment.

Cons

If your job ends abruptly then good luck having them contact you again even if you did a great job. Never let go before ever until working for a temp agency. The employers do treat you differently and not really as a member of their team and you will walk on pins and needles not knowing if you do not meet above the standards then goodbye.
