Dear Reviewer: Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback of our company and your experience as an employee through Knowledge Services. We sincerely appreciate your willingness to be honest regarding both the pros and the cons of your time in your placed position! Unfortunately, we don't have control of the dress code, benefits, or internal communications of positions that are filled on behalf of our clients. Additionally, pay rates are based on client needs and position requirements. However, we do take into account the concerns that employees feel during their placement and work to improve those to the best of our ability. Our goal at Knowledge Services is to provide all employees with an environment where they feel challenged, valued, and respected. If you ever have any other concerns or would like to reach out, please feel free to contract our Employee Relations Team at ERTeam@knowledgeservices.com. Thank you again, for your review and your contributions!

Pros

Company is experiencing tremendous growth and there is a real opportunity to actively shape and define one's role as well as evolve your career. Company actively promotes from within and encourages internal employee growth. Management team embraces both strategic thinkers as well as those who are operational and tactical. Company makes an investment in their employees and provides the tools and training to become more efficient and strengthen their career. Should one join as a contract resource for our growing client base, there is continuous stream of opportunity to join long term engagements or move to new projects when an assignment may be completed.

Pros

The pay you on time. The employee relations coordinator(s) are readily available.

Cons

The pay scale is extremely unbalanced. They don't take into consideration that all the employees don't live in the same area. Cost of living is much higher for the people in the Chicagoland area than for the people in the middle of no where Indiana. Yet they get the paid the same thing, unless you speak Spanish. People who happen to speak Spanish come in making at least $1.50 more than the people who only speak English and who have been with the company for years. Then those same people who come in making more than the people who've already been with the company don't even stay!

Dear Reviewer: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback as we take every review seriously. We empathize with recent frustrations you’ve experienced regarding pay pertaining to specific locations/positions that are filled on behalf of a client. Unfortunately, pay rates are not something Knowledge Services has complete control over. Pay rates may vary by resource based on employee-driven negotiations at the time of hire, client needs, employee qualifications, and market trends in that area for required skill sets. For example, a client might need an employee with the ability to fluently understand and speak Spanish, which can lead to higher pay depending on the location and availability of an individual who meets those requirements. It is a goal at Knowledge Services to provide an environment where all of our employees, corporate or contract, feel that they are valued and can express their concerns or frustrations. If you have additional concerns you would like to share, we encourage you to contact your Employee Relations Coordinator at ERTeam@knowledgeservices.com. Thank you again, for your contributions.
