Pros

Family owned business has its charm. Julie and Joe care about creating new jobs.

Cons

Annual reviews were not given, because "it gives the impression you will receive a raise." When raises were given, they were negligable and rare. Be sure to negotiate high. No opportunity for professional growth. If you're hired, very few people are offered promotions.
