1. Changing structure and overall goals means employees must be able to adapt and go with the flow if they want to remain strong and secure. Being an active part of your team is critical to your success during any change here. 2. Open office concept is not for me personally, but may work for others. It's an intriguing way to get people to interact, but definitely not for everyone. 3. As I stated, there is room to learn here -- but remember that we are small, so professional growth does not necessarily mean you get a job title change. If you are hung up on "manager" or "director" in your title, have that conversation early so everyone is on the same page.

StriveTogether main leaders lack human decency & manners, they do not practice at all what they stand for- they capitalize on the "every child needs an opportunity" story to get power and fulfill their own lack of identity issues- they think all their clients are incompetent and everyone else is the problem...Unfortunately main leaders are simply prideful & all they do is play politics at the expense of the vision, it's truly a shame
