Smart people who genuinely care Truly open to feedback and growth Flexible working options Focus is increasing every day Exciting direction and possibilities especially in tech Good gender and cultural diversity in tech team especially

Cons

Fast paced and easy to get lost in the volume of work. You need to be deliberate about workload management or have a leader who supports you in this. Prioritisation is hard. There are always more great ideas than there are people to execute. Puts pressure on teams and means we have to say "no" more often than we would like.

- lot's of opportunity to learn - data-driven approach - sustainable focus - in-house agency model - awesome people & growth culture - strong leaders - culture of accountability - face-pace, high growth - focus on creativity

Cons

- no hiding! if you're used to big corporate structures without clear accountability, not the place for you - at times could be more focused (getting better here!)

- get to work with really smart people who have good intent - purpose-driven company doing something genuinely different and exciting - the learning opportunities are huge

Cons

- pace - if you're used to overly-corporate settings and ways of working, scale-up life might not be for you - office space isn't currently great but I know there are plans in the very near term to fit out an exciting new space
