      - A fast pace & ever changing working environment allows for learning and development daily. - Close and collaborative work culture, teams are able to support one another for a mutual goal. - Supportive P&C team, never too busy to assist where they can.

      Cons

      - Scale up business = daily challenges and risk taking that can be stressful at times. - Employees all want to see their team succeed for the greater good of the company. This can mean that the prioritisation of changes that rely on other teams get pushed which can delay project progression at times.

      - It is hard to get things done at times because a lot of the time one person is the sole knowledge source for specific tasks. When they're on leave or sick you are put on hold. - Large revenue targets means creativity seems less important than revenue driving activities.
