Pros
Definitely, the best part is culture (Or should I say Kulture?🤩)
1. No one blames no one but just try best to resolve the issue.
2. Respecting/appreciating each team member as a human being who has a personal life
3. Helping out each other rather than just pushing or pressing
4. Open to opportunity (No need to be stuck in the current role, if you have something passionate about, there are plenty of opportunities)
5. Great management team: Leaders who are leading by example and super friendly
6. Feel really good as a member of B Corp and your concern about the environment, neighbors, furry friends counts not as a company strategy but as a core value of it.
7. REALLY open to diversity. You can be just You.
8. Strong People and culture team. In many companies, the P&C team is just for doing documents, onboarding/offboarding. But in Koala, their focus is on people's growth, development, and culture. It's a very rare thing.
And SO MUCH MORE!!!
Cons
Well...
Can't stop thinking about work, improvement, etc... Not because I had to but because I really love my job and Koala.
