      Pros

      Awesome colleagues, great brand and fun office environment

      Cons

      Leadership at the top are in it for themselves and don’t reflect how koala used to be. They have not won the trust of employees. Constant changing of decisions and directions and no job security

      Great thing going, leadership could be better

      Pros

      - people - flexibility - opportunity to grow in the business and join other teams - great product - dogs in the office - pizza fridays

      Cons

      - burnout and lots of pressure on the team, they need more staff, more resources and mediations for burn out - p&c (excl recruitment) don’t take customer service team seriously - l&d sessions are a waste of time (barely learning anything)

      - incredibly talented team - involvement in exciting projects - good snacks - flexible working - good pay

      Cons

      - burnout is huge - under resourced to achieve their goals - people put on stress leave often - 1 year average turnover per staff - feedback from staff not actioned - lack of solid prioritisation structure - losing talented people - not much culture events etc - trying to do too much at once
