      Pros

      They offer paid time off.

      Cons

      This is a short term job for everyone involved, not a career. It's hard to take these high scoring reviews serious. They have continued to lower pay for sales every quarter for the past year. They constantly tinker with your pay and clearly show that they do not care for their employees. It's very difficult to sell a product that has a low approval rate compared to other LTO. Everyone is scared to speak their mind. Even if we did, you wouldn't listen. One person is holding this company back and everyone reading this review knows exactly who that is.

We agree that a stable commission structure that offers unlimited upside, stability in key performance indicators, recognizes top performance and is highly competitive in the market is of the utmost importance. As a result, we have maintained consistent performance indicators across most of our “job families” for the past year while making adjustments to tiers on a quarterly basis at most. Many of our associates have enjoyed total compensation that is double and even triple what their expectation was prior to coming onboard. We also appreciate the significant product, user experience and process feedback from all of our salespeople - whether they are just joining the company with “fresh eyes” or if they have been with us for many years and enjoyed many promotions along the way.       Place to come if you want high growth opps + challenges

      Pros

      Been here over a year now. If you are a high performer, you can really do anything you want here - more ownership, interesting work, shift in role. Lots of opportunity for folks in more "entry level" roles to transition to a different part of the business. It's nice to see people grow a career here. Interesting work, and our tech / product teams are able to get close to our merchants. Very data driven environment. Great place to "cut your teeth" if you are interest in entrepreneurship and also want to be a more rigorous business thinker. Support from leadership to have associates go start their own thing, including a new biannual pitch competition. Genuinely enjoy my coworkers and everyone I have met here. Nice to work with, and a lot of really smart people as well.

      Cons

      Some classic growth-phase pains. Moving too quickly but not getting all the right parts of the org aligned, having a lot on your plate. Sales team needs to continue to modernize - operate more like a SaaS / tech-forward sales team.
