      Pros

      Strong employee engagement & development. Incredible benefits & incentives. Potential to work remotely. Consistent feedback encouraged, welcomed & most importantly, implemented! Koalafi’s response to COVID, was a wonderful testament to how much the employees are valued. They offered changes in positions before furlough or layoffs. I am so thankful to be part of such an amazing group of people & company.

      Cons

      It is hard for me to provide many cons from my experience at Koalafi. If I had to say anything, it would be to continue implementing quick & clear communication between the many different teams that allow the business to thrive. The 2021 move to our use of internal chat platforms, has already alleviated much of this. Thank you!
