      Solid growing company with Pros and Cons

      Pros

      Positive environment Fair pay compared to other companies Flexibility around working from home Attempts to keep morale high Acknowledged that diversity/inclusion is currently lacking

      Cons

      They promote “work-life balance” but your manager may email you and/or schedule meetings late in weekday evenings quite frequently. Lack of established framework. If you’re coming from a larger company, be prepared to receive numerous tasks without grounded tools/process docs to complete said tasks.
