      Pros

      The company is unstructured and uses the newest technology stacks. Business professional dress code. Koch hires team players and generally everyone wants to play as team. However the endeavor is hindered by outdated cultural and management philosophies that value individual achievement over team achievement. This leads to confusing office politics. Koch has great advancement if you part of the Koch family, family friend, or have a large internal company social network. Promotion is largely "it's not what you know, it's who you know".

      Cons

      Recruiting attempts to promote and hire diversity, but the effort is undercut by feedback loops initiated by outdated cultural fit policies. 60 - 100 hour work weeks. Employees are stressed from overworking and burnout.

      Pros

      Established Company with a vast network to earn experience in multiple areas.

      Cons

      They try to low ball you on the salary and make it extremely hard to justify getting raises. They force you to adhere to their company philosophies and have weekly meetings on their culture. If you dont fit the companies culture and drink the kool-aid you are pretty much out the door. It seems like they are more concerned with that than actually having good employees that get work done.
