Thank you for leaving a review about your experience working at Koch! We are very happy to hear that you enjoy the working environment at Koch, which is centered around Market Based Management (MBM). This is definitely a differentiating factor from many other companies and we are very proud of that. In regard to your comments around work pressures and job stress. There is no doubt that we are going through transformational change at Koch. As our CEO (Charles Koch) states, “What we’re faced with now may be the biggest change of all. A change based on the need to compete in a knowledge-based future. Transformation is imperative, do it, or we’ll end up in the dumpster.” Even with this change, we want to make sure employees maintain a good balance. I would highly encourage you to have a discussion with your leader on what might be causing the stress.

To reinforce its application, as with all Principles, we seek feedback on ‘how we’re doing’ through performance reviews, company surveys, and seeking and responding to feedback like yours.
