      A good place to learn if large corporate life is for you

      Pros

      You get to work with a good group of people. Wichita campus was kept up and easy to work in.

      Cons

      I found the people that breached the KBS principles practiced them the least. Back in 2008/09 it was difficult to cross train in different technology due to segregation of duties.

      Pros

      Salary. Company follows the KOCH values. They are culture driven, formerly Georgia Pacific. Parent company to several companies.

      Cons

      Senior management needs to listen to people at lower level. Everyone seems unhappy.They place strong emphasis on results and forget about caring for their employees.

      Pros

      The pay, at least for my position, is definitely fair. Management is taking steps to improve knowledge sharing and encourages ideas from anyone. There are some very intelligent, helpful individuals here who respect others contributions.

      Cons

      High turnover rates. Seems difficult to gain professional development and the culture is a joke. There are also some real jerks. I wouldn't accept this job again.
