terrible company, not good for job security

Pros

great pay, good hours but thats it.

Cons

management showed favortisim, only caref about time & money, treated employees like lab rats, management never helped employees succeed only punished when making a mistake, ST's were helpful, but rude. no proper coaching

Pros

Started out with hi hopes. Tried to keep the legacy of Eastman Kodak, but unfortunately also brought over management that put them in bankruptcy.

Cons

Every few months would lose benefits and expenses out of employees pocket. All will seeing no pay raises for serverl year.

We appreciate your comments and your opinion. At Kodak Alaris we work hard to grow and develop our employees. In 2018 we moved into our new home at Rochester Technology Park and now have an open-concept office space with numerous employee benefits like free coffee, gym space, and a micro-market for food and beverages. We will continue to develop our employees and business objectives in 2020.
