Pros

KANA offers amazing benefits. Paid CE and travel opportunities. Each department is pretty isolated, so some are better than others. The patients and much of the staff are wonderful.

Cons

Problems in management from the top down. Can be difficult to get time off. Employees are not appreciated.

Pros

Outstanding benefits, competitive pay, financially stable, vast resources available to staff, continuing education is supported, dedicated and competent staff, high quality services, company is growing and has the support of its management and board.

Cons

There is always a lot going on so information is sometimes slow getting out to staff. With growth comes change, so employees need to be fairly flexible and open to new processes, space changes and expanded service lines.
