The residents and most staff are nice.

The working environment and management are terrible.

Pros

You get direct feedback from the residents which makes the work very rewarding Profit sharing bonuses when occupancy is full. Co workers for the most part are willing to go above and beyond to help out.

Cons

Management is more concerned about money than what really matters and often this can upset the residents. Micro management and poor leadership throughout the management team. Poor examples set by manager, says one thing and then actions do not reflect that. One example is an employee showing up intoxicated then being asked to drive home rather than been given a ride or taken a cab/bus

Hours, advancement. Wages are livable for some departments. There is an availability to communicate concerns with management and they seem to be honest in response with what they can accomplish or not.

Cons

Understaffing, lack of items or equipment repair is slow. At times personal in house conflicts allowed to carry on with little intervention or improvements.
