      Pros

      Koelsch is filled with exceptional people who well and truly care. The company works hard to care for its staff, and they truly do offer superior care and senior living services. The buildings are absolutely gorgeous.

      Cons

      This company is stuck firmly in the past when it comes to day-to-day business. Incredibly archaic, mostly paper-based business practices, especially for accounting, records-keeping, and HR practices. The company also very much feels like a cult of personality of the owner and his family. This strict adherence to simple whims very much holds back progress.
