      Pros

      Effort made in creating a high end feel for residents.

      Cons

      - census will never match staffing; a patient safety risk. -no hoyer and lots of lack of gatebelt use. Kiss your back health goodbye. -When I worked there, it was unbenefitted. You deserve access to healthcare; you’re entitled to the care you give. -they burn through CNAs -lots of upoer management has met the ceiling of the career possibilities and there’s a lot of toxic powerplays. -pericare, dental care, footcare is rare.

      Flexible schedules, loving "family like" environment, treat all with dignity and respect, lot's of fun.

      Cons

      It's hard when you loose a resident. Because you get so close to them.
