Pros

Koelsch buildings are truly purposefully built for people with dementia! Working in any community can be hard but working in a community is a calling, the work we do is extremely rewarding. I have been blessed to work in many areas of the healthcare industry for 25 years. Koelsch Communities is the only place I have felt 100% supported and acknowledged for working hard. I appreciate all the training they put into the community to make us the around!
