      Pros

      Great team effort with caregivers. They hustle.

      Cons

      Image precedes all else. It's the same as skilled but can be disguised as assisted. So more effort for less pay, less help more patients. Family members dont know which staff is which. Nothing to clarify designated job title.

      Pros

      I have been with this company for over two years. They really have a heart when it comes to its employees. They bought a caregiver a car who was in a bad accident and did not have a way to get to work. They gave bonuses to all long term employees and didn't have too. So far my experience has been really good and I hope to stay with them for a long time.

      Cons

      The health insurance is good but dental could be better.

Being able to work alongside great co-workers is a huge plus, and a supervisor that is easy to get along with is terrific. We couldn’t agree more that staff turnover is a concern. Please speak directly with your supervisor on turnover ideas and a compensation plan, as it sounds like you have developed a great rapport. We feel our home office and management teams are in sync, and together we continue to build strong relationships. Thank you for being a Koelsch Communities employee.
