      The benefits are decent. The wellness center is great. The points policy is ultra lenient.

      Cons

      Managers don't know what they're doing most of the time. Very stingy. Keep lousy employees and punish the good ones

      Pros

      Compensation is definitely middle ground for the warehouse environment but the other benefits were amazing if you knew how to use them. Especially PTO, dental, and 401k match

      long hours and peak times can get very stressful
