      Not many find some good hard working people that Kohl's ends up throwing out when they get to a certain age Shame on that company

      very heavy work sometimes and not sympathic to employees needs at least not management

      Less stressful work all that you do is answer questions and direct the work of associates. Occasionally you work on project but mostly you run reports

      Cons

      Since I'm part time I have less hours. Management is not always cordial. Not much room for advancement. Long 10 hour days.
