      Easy interview, hiring process I suppose??

      Cons

      Management and team leaders "e3's" aren't helpful at all, it doesn't matter if you're punctual, deliver great customer service or go over and out for a customer, shoving credit lines down customer's throats is all that matters to Kohl's. Not a team environment; it's more dog-eat-dog. Hours as a part-time employee are horrible, I think they do it on purpose so you're forced to have to leave the job.

      Absolutely no pros at all. This place is horrific.

      Managers are complete idiots. They don't know how to run the store. The hard working employees are worked like slaves and nothing is ever good enough for them

      Flexible Scheduling, great vacation benefits, floating holiday days, you still can get a associate discount on any merchandise you buy

      Cons

      Holidays suck, corporate doesn't understand the amount of hours needed to do projects, expect most of the work to be done on your own time, no understanding from upper management
