Terrible leadership. The ONLY thing corporate cares about is pushing the credit card. You never hear them talking or tracking sales, just credit. Unrealistic goals as to what can be accomplished with the tiny bit of payroll given. Customers are given anything they want as long as they complain to the DM - doesn't matter if what they're asking is outside of policy. You'll be thrown under the bus constantly. The associates no morale because they're expected to have open availability while given 0-16 hrs a week and brow beat for not selling enough credit or folding and entire department and maintain fitting rooms while doing backup on register in a 4 hour shift. I actually quit after a few months and was asked to return. Worst decision of my life was giving them a second chance. Terrible, terrible company. Insurance is subpar. The bonus is a JOKE!

Cult like environment Lied about everything. Lied about start date, lied about metrics, lied about adherence and they lied about the work life balance.
