Below average starting pay, overwhelming workload due to no payroll for associates, nonexistent yearly raise while the ceo lines his pockets with gold, full time is 32 hours and not 40, no more paid vacation for associates. Kohls cares events ask associates to volunteer to work for kohls for free to do charitable things, then kohls donates thousands of dollars to a charity or school...using it as a tax break and getting their money back in the end. Donating thousands when your associates make minimum wage is not a good company practice.
