I worked with someone that constantly smelled like booze. I told management several times, other employees told management several times, several calls to HR resulted in them saying "well management has not smelled anything like booze on him, it smells more like chewing tobacco". After the booze smelling employee got into my face and cussed me out because I asked him not to stack boxes in the wrong spot., I refused to work with him anymore. After they kept scheduling him with me, I left and went home. I got a phone call from my manager telling me that he would hate to terminate me because I am choosing to leave my shift while the other guy was working. I called HR and they actually asked me what I wanted them to do about it. Are you serious???? I quit without a 2 week notice. This company and it's management team at my store were a joke. People wear what ever they want, use cell phones when they want, come and go when they please and call out 4 times a month every single month and nothing is done. I refuse to work with someone who got into my face and cussed me out and they threaten to terminate me.

I don't feel like the breaks are fair You get to leave your station once a day for 15 minutes if you work 4 hours then at 6 hours you get a 20 and at 8 or more its two 15s and a mandatory 30 This is reguardless of how busy the day has been
