They make promises that they don't keep. They try to motivate you with low pay, long hours, and ridiculous pep talks. They are the "Walmart" of retail.

Not a job to depend on for paying bills only good for a second job or college student. They base how many hours you get with how often you can get credits they shove credits down our throats, poor pay, only part time employees, getting a full time position is impossible no benefits for part time I feel that is why they only hire part time. I had to beg other employee for their hours cause I was only getting 10-15 hours a week when discussed with management they told me to ask other employees to give up their shifts. Not a dependable job if you get hired on as seasonal you will get asked to stay on if you are a person who pushes their credits and have a high score on credits per hour and their credit rate for their credit card is high like 25% apr!! Unless you like to sound like a broken record and continuously beg people to apply for credit cards this is not the job for you
