      Why are all of these people saying great pay???? Love the job, hate the pay.

      Pros

      Discount, flexible hours, great customer service is very important, great coworkers, most of the time everyone is willing to work as a team and help each other out if needed, good company ethics, most of the management team in my store is great

      Cons

      Very, very low pay, only one raise per year and it is very minimal! The quality and quantity of work expected for the pay (on the sales floor) is unreasonable. Very little training for the sales floor associates. Push very hard to solicit credit (and associates only receive .50 to 1.00 per credit app)

      Poor work life balance Little ongoing software training to help maintain relevancy of current staff Highly unmotivating work environment Poor leadership, does not uphold the values they try to promote to the associates A generally toxic environment which is difficult to work in

      Pros

      Employee discount, 401k, benefits, paid time off.

      Cons

      Everthing else! they are too focused to "catching employees" do the wrong thing (give an extra 15% off to a customer when they are taught YES WE CAN) Scheduling is horrid, store is understaffed, undertrained and under cleaned!
