Extremely flexible hours Good hours based on seniority, likability, and if you're a good worker Can be trained in different departments for more hours

Cons

Can be overworked Might work a closing shift, then come in early morning for truck or price changes

Could be great depending on your department

Pros

Great benefits. Nice corporate campus with new expanded cafeteria.

Cons

Your experience can vary greatly depending on the department you work in. I've worked in a few. One was great, one was okay, and one is the most toxic environments I've ever experienced. Terrible corporate politics and favoritism. Shockingly in this day and age, gender discrimination is still happening. Very frustrating to be treated like less than because of gender and personality.

Pros

• Flexible Schedule • Easy Shift swapping with Co-workers • Base pay of $9.00 • Great savings during Friends and Family 55% off.

Cons

• Customer is always "right" • Customers attitudes can vary. Our location seems to attract a lot of angry and self important people. • Once your sales start you'll get flooded in a heartbeat, then management gets flustered over the lack of people working . Then demand you drop whatever you're responsible for to back up cashiers. • Customer is always right attitude leads to toxic situations, especially with foreigners who barely speak English. • Unless someone dies or quits little to no room for promotions. As well they much rather higher out of store for management level positions. • Be prepared to have someone scream in your ear over the walkie about credit every minute.
