      Decent for a Minimum wage job with no school experience

      Pros

      Pays more than the average low-wage jobs and has a friendly environment among coworkers and (most) customers. You generally get recognized for doing a great job.

      Cons

      - some toxic customers have to be dealt with, especially during the holiday season - have to work on black friday/ thanksgiving - the pay isn't enough to live off of (but that's expected) - can't work fulltime unless you are a store manager, or it is the holiday season - no benefits (expected)

      Pros

      Extra cash and great discounts especially for Christmas time. This is a 2nd job for me and they're willing to work around my schedule at my other job.

      Cons

      High turnover. High expectations for skeleton crew. Too much tolerance for bad behavior because it's hard to hire people and actually keep them.
