Pros

discount on merchandise during the holidays. I can't really find anything else positive to say about my experience there. Possibly the worst job I had in my life (I'm 42)

Cons

management was terrible at communication. not enough employees on shift so you would be worked twice as hard for 8.50 working the overnight shift while the company made over roughly 150,000 a day. everyone on the shift was miserable because of the low pay versus the amount of work (freight associate). management would provide food for the day shift and the night shift would get the old left overs.

Pros

I worked overnight so the dress code was very lenient. My coworkers were nice and the interview process was very easy. The starting pay was a little bit over minimum wage.

Cons

Whenever daytime workers didn't get their jobs done it was thrown onto us to get done on top of what we already had to do. Not having enough overnight workers made it even harder on us.

Pros

Great company that trys to make it feel more like a family, also the environment and atmosphere is mostly positive. The benefits are good as well.

Cons

There is not enough pay for the work and some of the new policies put out are more detrimental to the employees as well as the pressure the management holds on you, such as having you stay late when you are scheduled till a specific time (almost daily).
