Pros

Very flexible work schedule, come in around 9am, Work from home as desired Laid-back, friendly culture Competent, smart & friendly co-workers and management Great 401k plan Cafeteria with many options for breakfast and lunch Ability to go to conferences, company-paid Annual raises and bonus Short commute, low-traffic, located in a suburb of Milwaukee Can request MacBook Pro or ThinkPad, whichever you prefer

Cons

Many layers of management (manager, director, VP, SVP, CTO, President, CEO) Lack of investment in innovation (new CTO promises to help with that) Insane reliance on contractors (2-8 FTE to contractor ratio, though changing) California office has too much power Too many meetings Large amount of bureaucracy & red tape Recent 2018 + 2019 layoffs under CEO Michelle have left a bad taste in the Technology department

Pros

Clean, organized work environment, paid weekly

Cons

Very niche kind of environment. If you are new, employees are rude and shun you. They treat you as if you have to "earn your stripes." Management is lackluster and treat you like a child, even if you are a seasoned retail worker. Overall, a very immature, high school clique kind of environment unless you prove your knowledge and worth to fellow employees and management.

Pros

There used to be a ton...the managers as the WESTERVILLE OHIO location were absolutely amazing and truely cared about their associates. Pickerington,OH not so much.

Cons

Oh boy, lets get started! You'll be hired part time and lucky if you get full time. As a part tone associate I got as little as 8 to 12 hours a week during the off season. They start you at $9 an hour. As a department lead (fancy name for full time associate) you are expected to act as a supervisor for your department without the title, and also know how to do customer service, online orders and run the register. You'll be expected to do all of the above on top of your department duties frequently. You MUST have avaliablity days, nights and weekends and your schedule will change weekly so good luck going to school or working another job. As a department lead you will start at $10 an hour. You are essentially there to sell credit cards and then maybe some merchandise....but definitely credit cards. You better reach those credit goals or else! My department manager often wanted me to do thibgs against policy, cut corners and lie to customers. No room to move up in the company. The company is FAILING and grabing at straws to try to survive which is why theyre now going to acceot amazon returns and they push their credit cards so strongly.
