      Pros

      If you are in a management position, you are provided with ongoing training to help develop managerial skills. The company encourages and looks for those who want to move forward in the company.

      Cons

      Time allowed for projects does not equal time needed to complete successfully. Very fast paced and occasionally feeled pressured to make store goals. Floor associates are relied upon to back up registers which in turn puts them behind in their projects and also leaves no one for customer service.

      Sometimes the customers were funny.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Minimum wage for practically doing slave labor. Putting up with whiny customers, being forced to solicit credit and having everyone get angry with you because they don't WANT a credit card. Bad management, bitter coworkers.

      Store Discount Decent Co-Workers Lot's of Seasonal Hours

      Cons

      Corporate basically "controls" the store and from the associate perspective looks like they try to cut costs by adding few hours and barely stocking the store unless the need to. There is little to no help on the sales floor and you are told to push credit applications on to as many customers as you can.
