Pros
The non-salaried employees are very friendly and like to help each other when needed and the employee discount is phenomenal.
Cons
Managers show little to no respect to employees and do not give praise when it is deserved (other than candy or a card saying "Good Job!"). Hours and rewards are based off of how many customers you can get to sign up for the Kohl's credit card which is a customer's choice, not the employees. I personally feel that this is unfair. When you do not get credit card applications, the managers are very negative and one employee was actually called a "dud" because she was not apply to get sign anyone up for a credit card. Other cons include: minimum wage, managers expecting employees to stay past their scheduled time, and little incentive to move up within the company.
