      Pros

      Managers allow flexible schedules to students. Managers encourage qualified people to move up in the company. Friendly environment among coworkers and managers.

      Cons

      Lack of training and development to their employees. Lack of motivation and feedback to associates. Some managers micromanage their employees. Lack of communication between management and associates.

      Pros

      Great work schedule for a retail company. Always something different and new to do. I never have the same day twice. Always busy so it makes the day go by fast. Great training on how to be a better leader. The company as a whole really cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Well its retail and dealing with customers who take advantage any way they know how can bring you down a bit. I so my best to stay positive but every know and then; one really gets to you.

      Decent compenstaion weak work life balance

      Pros

      fiancially strong and growing company. Good furture planning. Some great people who will help in personal and proffessional development. compensation is average to above average for management.

      Cons

      Weak work life balance due to workload and deadlines. Training program is weak, with a lot of CBT training with little to no follow up, seems to be more of a task to push associates through so they can hit the floor. At times the company move programs along too quickly and release them to soon with out proper communication and at times without working out the kinks.
