      It started off fun and exciting with a lot of promises from management, then it became a place I dread going every day.

      Pros

      -You will always be busy, most of the time, too busy.

      Cons

      -Terrible pay, no raises until August, which then it's $0.50. Big whoop. -Too high of expectations -Unrealistic work load, and again for little pay -They have to have a certain amount of employees, but then they have payroll limitations. I was told that was being "fiscally responsible". WOW. Totally backwards from what it should be and what they promise in interviews. If you have employees, use them. They overwork full time employees, which I had to beg for 38 hours, when I was promised 40 in my interview. -Beware

      Pros

      Great schedule, great co-workers, good training, flexibility with schedule is ok, great management, good to keep up the physical "workout"

      Cons

      You get paid minimum wage for a job that pays 20% elsewhere in another company like UPS,and they really make you work very hard, benefits are not the best, you get your hours cut

      Pros

      Kohl's is very flexible with balancing your work and personal life. They are also flexible in regards to taking time off. Kohl's allows me to better myself through many opportunities and letting me know I have a future with them.

      Cons

      One major downside I have noticed while working at Kohl's, is sometimes I feel that it can be a political game. It is all about who you know and that scares me into feeling discouraged even when I know I am good enough.
