      Stop being Political. Start cleaning up Senior Management.

      Pros

      Kohl's is a growing company with good benefits and could be a great company to work for if a few changes were made (see Cons)

      Cons

      Senior Management of some departments are clueless on what the "workers" do. Senior Management does NOT listen to concerns. Corporate is very Political. It is all about how much an associate is liked by the Sr Management and not by the work they do. The hard workers get the shaft because they don't spend their day following the right people around and kissing up.

      as far as work goes its a steady check they dont fire people very often and when they do its for a very good reason. management has their days when they love you just for showing up

      Cons

      horrible pay i was supposed to get a 90 raise and i havent seen it and ive been there for almost an entire yr management (not at my own store but at the store ive been transfered too since feb) is the very childish. they are very pushy about credit and email. and are prepared to let you go if you dont push it the right way... and if there is one person who can get it well they ask them to put their number on it...
