Pros

The hours are flexible. You fill out an availability sheet. It goes into the computer and if no one messes with it you will not be scheduled for days/times that you can not work.

Cons

Schedules are constantly made wrong. That leads to night time or morning calls asking if you can come in. If you say no too many times you will be low man on the hour totem pole. When sales projections are low the company will cut your hours. 8 hours a week is hardy worth going in for. On your 15 minute breaks you can not leave the building. Never enough POS associates so we are called to the cash register. Then we hear how we didn't get our job done.

Pros

The benefits are pretty good and are available to both part-time and full-time employees. You get a discount of 15% on all merchandise and can be used with all sale merchandise. Breaks are given for comparable time: 15min for less than 6 hours, 20min paid for 6-7, 20min 30min unpaid and 2 15min paid for 7-8, and an hour for more than 9.

Cons

The performance reviews are based on meeting credit card goals, sales goals, and emial goals. Pay increases for great workers is about 2% if you are lucky. The management doesn't care what you are scheduled for, they will make you work in their department. Most employees dont care about doing good work, they do what covers their rears. Policies change all the time only to be changed right back to the way they were before. A lot of employees quit within the first week or so because of the lack of training and the random lacement in departments.

Pros

Fun and exciting atmosphere to work in. There is never a dull moment on any given day. Always something to do.

Cons

Workload can be too much at times. Too much going on at the same time and usually not enough help to complete.
