Pros
they pay hourly associates above minimum wage, you also get a raise after 3 months, they have plenty of hours to go around
Cons
major issues with scheduling system; having to get people to sign up for their credit cards; rating the skills of their employees based on how many credit card applications they are able to get; many times, employees are very strongly encouraged to stay hours after their shift because of the lack of employees; also due to the lack of employees, the scheduled employees are forced to do anywhere from double to ten times the amount of work that should be expected, and are yelled at when they are unable to do it all
