      Pros

      We are asked to do our best....if you do it...no worries. We know our schedule 2 weeks out so it makes it easy to schedule around your personal life. Very friendly environment, something a little different happens everyday. Employee discount is a great benefit.

      Cons

      I do feel that corporate does not allow enough hours for certain stores for heavier sales days/truck days. There is not any room in the schedule for someone to call out. So if that happens it does make it difficult to complete all task for that day. However, management does know this and just ask everyone to pull together and help. Again, the job is what you make it. Starting salary is way to low to obtain & retain quality part time help.

      Pros

      Very flexible on scheduling, work around school or other jobs. Best to be full time, but you get decent hours if you prove you are capable, reliable, and a hard worker. If all of those apply you can advance when the opportunity presents itself, but it is important to share your ambitions with management. If you build a relationship with the managers, they are likely to help you out when needed, provided you do your job of course.

      Cons

      Irregular hours, occasionally rude and demanding customers who year you like scum of the earth, but these people are rare. Little training given on even the most basic of tasks. A lot of people that her hired don't care about the job and can make it more difficult for the ones that do care. There is always a shortage of payroll, except at Christmas.

      Cons

      Management Loyalty, Difficult to advance. Too many days trying to satisfy the manager that was way out of line when it came to managing their employees. Many people when to HR regarding this manager (for more then 5 years) and it took me leaving for them to realize that the manager is not fit to manage people.
