      Nothing at all, work somewhere else.

      Cons

      Forced to sell credit cards even if you aren't a cashier, horrible training (if you get any), infuriating customers and coworkers due to location

      Pros

      Workforce is diverse and most of the staff I worked with was friendly. Work hours were always available, very easy to pick up a shift if you wanted to.

      Cons

      They care too much about selling their credit card to customers. Constantly called in on my days off, after I had already worked a morning/day shift for the day, and they would call same day to try to get a night shift out of me. I felt like I was working full time hours as a part time employee with part time pay. At the time I worked there, it just felt mismanaged.

      Pros

      Solid paid time off and benefits program. There are quite a few leads and associates who have been with the company for a long time and have a lot of knowledge.

      Cons

      The hours are extremely long and grueling during the holiday season. My store typically gets so busy by the time we open, that the only way we get merchandising done is to come in at 4 am. The company offers every other weekend off, but this is not often accurate. I have not received a weekend off since October and I'm making this post in the middle of January.
