Pros
Good pay, decent bennies. A branch of Kohler Company that seems to be managed indepedently and goes by the name SAUK TECHNOLOGIES or SAUKTECH.
Cons
Unfriendly environment, finger pointing, management seems confused and has no concern for employees, little or no adherance to safety practices. Other employees will openly blame their mistakes on others if they think they can get away with it. An environment where the employees "just don't care". More concerned about speed and numbers than quality.
