      Pros

      The medical insurance is probably the best you'll find in the area. It is a good place to start and gain experience.

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing. When you reach the top out pay there isn't much of an opportunity to advance. They lay employees with the least experience off during the summer months.

      Pros

      Work force is getting younger. Union may go on strike, and hopefully this will allow management the opportunity to get rid of the dead weight that has been around for much to long.

      Cons

      This is the way it has always been done and there is no need for change. Get used to hearing that if you want to work here. If you like 1970's technology then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Great product and reputation. Good, smart, hardworking people. Challenging, high performance work culture.

      Cons

      Leadership is very tactical/process focused. They lack a big picture, strategic focus. Many Directors, VP's and President's are disrespectful to staff or to people that are not at that level. Most decisions have to be approved by a Kohler family member which can take weeks or months. Micromanaging, compliance driven culture. Poor /siloed communication People's talents, skills and contribution are often taken for granted or overlooked. Limited opportunity for growth. Hold your breath if you think someone will mentor and develop you. It's just not in the DNA of the leadership culture. Pay is not competitive. The politics is rediculous.
