      Enjoyed the people, they were so kind to work with

      Cons

      Watched several times in my short time there people being walked out. Was let go as a part of "project reimagine" where several engineers and people who had been at the company over 30 years got let go.

      Fun to be part of a company that is committing itself to become an Employer of Choice because no idea seems too crazy to consider, everyone is asking 'what if?' and that is leading to some exciting strategy and discussions. When a core focus of your day is to 'add awesomeness....how can you not look forward to the work?

      You instantly were recognized and respected for the brand you represented.

      Cons

      Senior management has total disdain for their associates...treated us like dirt and did not trust us...we were grossly underpaid (I instantly earned more than 30% more when I left for another company in the building products industry)...sales force turnover was about 30% per year and THAT says a whole lot about a company culture.
