Excellent job for someone that would like some teaching experience and I personally love the flexibility the company allows. Work as little as 2 days/week or 5 days a week! The option is yours!

Cons

The company works only with charter schools in my city meaning sometimes I have to drive a little further than I'd like. Small price to pay though for the flexibility the position provides.

Pros

- teaching a variety of grades and subjects can be fun - if you like kids it can be fun interacting with them

Cons

- many schools have tons of misbehaved students - minimum wage for long hours- biggest con -not a career choice , most of us are here because we needed a job desperately while we look for something better - I assume that the turn over is high - there is only so much you can do as a sub to manage behavior and expectations for students who don’t know you
