The former management at this company was a disaster. Gene and Kelly, in particular, were a nightmare to work under. Their constant overcomplication of tasks and mismanagement of both clients and employees brought nothing but chaos. It's a relief to hear that they were finally let go, but it's unfortunate that it took the damage they caused for action to be taken. Their arrogance and self-importance were toxic elements that nearly drove the company to ruin.

Management cared more about how they were perceived by the customer than the welfare and respect of employees. Management blatantly lied about compensation and my team lead used retaliation tactics on me when I disputed his annual review of me.
